Payment authorization and order acceptance
By submitting a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the applicable charge for the checkout total. Order acceptance and fulfillment depend on payment confirmation and our acceptance of the order. A payment attempt alone does not establish that an order has been accepted. Shipping and fulfillment
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses are outside our delivery area. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, combining handling and transit; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. Order cut-off is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year and not adjusted for daylight saving time. Orders received before cut-off on a business day count that day toward handling. Orders received at or after cut-off, on weekends or on holidays begin handling on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Returns and refunds
Return requests may be made within 30 days of receipt. Review the Return & Refund Policy for conditions, return authorization, shipping costs and approved refunds. No restocking fee applies.
Product use
Check the fit of the holder and your vehicle before installation. Do not obscure visibility, vehicle controls or airbag deployment areas. Adjust your device before driving and follow applicable road and mounting rules. No universal device or vehicle compatibility is promised.
