30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us so we can review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. The unused-item and original-packaging requirements for change-of-mind returns do not override the handling of damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Return shipping costs
We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged items and defective products. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, it will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit. Contact us if you need help with an approved refund.
